SESSION 4 & 5

In these two classes the collaborative groups have to complete four technical datasheets, each one corresponding to one type of arthropod, the most common type of invertebrate. However, students do not know that every animal they are investigating is an arthropod. They will find it out later.  They have to complete the technical datasheet and, in order to do so, they have some information in English. In addition, they can use the internet if they want to find extra information. Finally, I give them a piece of paper in which they have to ask a remaining question.

 Teaching unit organization tables 

In this part of the website, there is a table with an explanation of the the session. It is divided into different parts. 

 

From left to right, there is the session purpose and an explanation of every activity of the class.

Secondly, there are the resources that are needed for each activity and the grouping. 

​

Finally, there is the time of each activity,the time of the session and  a small description of how to deal with diversity.
